Master Bathroom
Full strip-out and rebuild of the master en-suite. Freestanding soaker tub with wall-mount tub filler, walk-in frameless glass shower with linear tile-in drain, 5 ft custom double-vanity with stone/quartz top and twin semi-recessed lavatories, new toilet, large-format porcelain walls floor-to-ceiling through the wet zone over a hexagon porcelain floor, with three recessed niches, full Aqua Defence waterproofing, new aluminium sliding window, LED sconces, twin anti-fog LED mirrors and dimmable strip lighting on smart switches. Includes skim, prime and repaint of the adjoining master bedroom and two new solid wood doors.

Walls: large-format porcelain (600×1200mm), honed finish, floor-to-ceiling through the wet zone
Floor: hexagon-format porcelain, slip-rated, running continuously through the wet zone and under the freestanding tub
Shower niches: finished in the large-format wall tile with mitred returns
